Karate Fitness is a new alternative to fitness training. Karate Fitness offers one to one personal fitness training by using traditional and progressive Karate Training methods.

Karate Fitness training programs are based on the Shotokan system, a very strong original style. The training principles are aimed toward developing the whole body and mind. Strength, speed, mobility, flexibility, increased focus and cardiovascular fitness are all natural products of the training all within a fun and supportive learning environment.

Your personal Instructor, Alin, is a 2nd Dan Black Belt Instructor. His experience spans more than 13 years and includes competing at an elite level.

Training takes place in open air at New Farm park and Kangaroo Point cliffs. Call, email, or text for more information or to book in for a fun introductory session.
